How To Get Rid Of Anxiety Fast!

The Spinning Technique

Instructions

1. Rate your level of anxiety, pain, or discomfort on a scale of 0-10 ten being the most intense and zero meaning it's gone. 

2. Close your eyes and notice where the feeling starts in your body and point to it.

3. Notice there is a color associated with that feeling what's the color first impression?

4. Using your hands physically pull out all of that energy and hold it out in front of you. (Make sure you get it all.)

5. Did the color change or stay the same?

6. Notice that the energy is spinning in a certain direction. What direction is it spinning?

7. Using your hands physically reorient the spinning energy so that it's spinning in the opposite direction. 

8. Now double the spin again and again. Double the speed the force and the magnitude. Keep doubling it until it takes on a life of its own until it's impossible for it to ever go back the way that it was. When you know you've got it, slam it back into that spot in your body and notice the change. (It's totally normal to experience sweating, coughing, yawning or any other strange physical symptom. This is just your body's way of releasing and rebooting itself. 

9. Now rate that feeling on a scale of 0-10 again. For some people, they will go to a zero immediately and for others, they may need to repeat this process several times in order to get the feeling to a zero.
